Easy through the hole experience: Booking, car-pick up, car-return,...

All entire service was very good. I have booked a mini group car but when I arrived to pick up the car, I was offered a better group car without additional charges. The service was very quick to pick up and to return. I did not wait long for the shuttle.

It is not easy and you must know a few details wich are not very easy to find! First of all you can have bad luck to wait 1,5 hour at rental office if there are 15 clients in front of you! There is not very clear mentioned in the car rental sites the amount of money they will block on your credit card in your rental period(not easy for all all the people to have an 900-1160Euro extra on their card for the holliday period)! It is not mentioned that you can pay an extra assurance for 66Euro and you can reduce the amount of this warranty at 300Euro.The equipment for pay highway taxes wich will cost you arround 1,5 Euro/day it is very ussefull. The staff for the rental company Alamo/Guerin was very helpful and give all their support! Thank you for that!Calin

We were given an incorrect map to get back to the rental office other than that all was great and avoided the lineups for car rentals at the airport terminal in Lisbon.

Not all conditions were explained at booking. We had to pay extra cover at the pick up. Besides we waited half an hour to be droven back to the airport at the drop off.

The service is fast and easy and the online app is very customer friendly.

Great service with proffesional people. Although when we had to leave the car it was crowded we didn't have to wait for more than few minutes which is great.
